A Queue waiting person is one who stands instead of you in a queue and lets you know at a predefined time in advance, for example 15 or 30 minutes, when it is your turn. It is useful for long queues like in governmental offices, where it might take hours before it is your turn. This way, you could go on with your business for a few hours and come five minutes before your turn.
