By Psychotherapy we mean everything that contributes to our mental strength and helps as regain our balance in life. Like a Psychologist, Meditation, Coaching, Music therapy and many more. Please be advised that some of the offered methods like Homeopathy and Naturopathy are no substitute for real proven medicine in case of a serious illness. Still they are included, because in many cases of a not life threatening illness whose symptoms cannot be explained by the modern medicine, the psychological effect might be strong enough to make the symptoms, which were probably psychosomatic, go away.
