PC is a personal computer, usually a desktop computer with the Windows OS. Unlike Mac it is an open hardware device, meaning many parts of it can just be taken out and be replaced. When it is malfunctioning, and you know the reason, and how to replace the failing part, you could try and fix it yourself by buying new hardware on your own. It is still recommended to give it to a qualified Hardware Technician to repair it.
