• For the security of our website and services, we and / or our Webspace-Provider, collect log information about every request made to our Services, such as the url, date and time, data sent, browser type and version, logged user, operating system, IP-address.

Information management

When logged in, you may:

• View and edit your personal information under My Profile.
• View and edit your data sharing with others and messages / newsletter preferences you receive under Settings.
• Using Contact in order to receive per email the information we collected about you. You are also allowed to ask for the deletion of your personal information, as long as it does not conflict with the law.

Storage duration and deletion

• We store your personal data as long as you have an account by us.
• If you are not registered by us and contact us, we will store your data up to 30 days since the last contact of a conversation. e.g. you contact us and ask a question. 2 days afterward we answer it. If you do not answer or ask another question, we will delete the conversation 30 days after our answer.
• If we are obliged by the law, e.g. tax or book keeping, we will store your data for a longer time. Depending on the purpose, it can be up to 10 years or more. The processing of such data is restricted. We will delete this data after the relevant limitation or retention periods have expired.
• If we render the data anonymous, we will keep the anonymous data for security reasons. When we render the data anonymous we use a hash function on the data. e.g. SHA-256 with the value and timestamp of the entry.

Information storage

The information stored about you is based in Germany at our Webspace-Provider. We take reasonable measures to help protect the information about you from theft, disclosure and unauthorized access.

Information sharing

• We will share and disclose information, if required so by law or, as long as it is allowed by law, due to a violation of our Terms, e.g. fraud, or with your consent.
• As a Professional, information such as your photo and phone number will be made publicly accessible to others, including search engines, in order to be able to find you in our search and contact you for a job.
• As a Client, information such as your address and phone number will be presented to the Professional, so he may reach you and fulfill your contract. When making the contract public, the description and your information will be available to anyone, including search engines.

Cookies management
